- Trade capture, settlement issues and mid-office functions
- Facilitation of new client adoption/liaison between the department, clients and HQ on new accounts, credit limits, due diligence etc.
- Recording executed trades in excel at the end of each session, generation of confirmations, distribution via fax, email or Oasys, preparing trade sheets for accounting.
- Dealing with clients re. settlement problems via telephone and email
- Various other tasks as requested by the sales desk
- The person needs to be very comfortable talking to clients in English on a range of issues.
